Murilo Fischer was born on June 16, 1979. The Brazilian rider
placed in the World Championship Road Race. Fischer was 5th in the 2005 World Championship Road Race behind Tom Boonen of Belgium, Alejandro Valverde of Spain, Anthony Geslin of France, and Marcus Ljunqvist of Sweden.
