Charles Meunier was born on June 18, 1903. He died on February 17, 1971.

The Belgian rider won the Paris-Roubaix Classic and stood on the podium another time at the event.

Meunier won the 1929 Paris-Roubaix Classic in front of Georges Ronsse of Belgium and Aime Deolet of Belgium.

Meunier was also 3rd in the 1928 Paris-Roubaix Classic behind Andre Leducq of France and Georges Ronsse of Belgium.
