7/20/2014 – Laurent Jalabert and Eddy Merckx are the only riders to win both the Mountains and Points jerseys twice in the Tour de France.

Merckx actually won the Points Jersey three times, the Mountains Jersey twice, and won the overall title five times.

Bernard Hinault won each of the Mountains and Points jerseys once, in addition to his five overall victories.
